Occupancy may not exceed the number of guests confirmed in the booking. All travellers must provide the information legally required for guest registration. Guests over 14 must complete/sign the required traveller registration; information for younger children is provided by the accompanying adult.

Bookings are confirmed in writing and specify the accommodation, VUT registration number, guest details, occupancy, dates, total price and applicable cancellation conditions.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out before 12:00. Please provide an approximate arrival time in advance. Extensions are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
The number of overnight guests may not exceed the confirmed occupancy. Unregistered persons may not stay overnight.
Guests must provide the identification and traveller information required by law. Guests over 14 must complete/sign the applicable registration; information for children under 14 is supplied by the accompanying adult.
Children under 5 may stay free when using an existing bed. One extra bed may be available by prior agreement.
Final cleaning costs €40 and covers normal cleaning after departure.
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, lost keys, extraordinary cleaning or other costs resulting from negligent or improper use. Any additional charge must be reasonable and supported where appropriate by evidence such as photographs, invoices, estimates or replacement costs.
No general damage deposit is normally required. Where a refundable card pre-authorisation is required for a particular booking, this will be disclosed before confirmation.
- Cancellation at least 7 full days before arrival: full refund, including the 15% deposit.
- Cancellation less than 7 full days before arrival, or no-show: no refund.
- Exceptions apply in duly proven cases of force majeure.
- If the accommodation cancels the booking, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.
- Any advance payment forms part of the total booking price.
- Smoking, pets, parties, night-time celebrations and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Guests must respect neighbours, the accommodation and its rural surroundings.
- Serious breaches concerning identification, occupancy, safety or peaceful coexistence may result in refusal of admission or termination of the stay, subject to applicable law.
- One parking space is included. The garden, barbecue, heating, firewood, washing machine, linen and other facilities provided may be used responsibly and safely.
- Wi-Fi is complimentary; because of the mountain location, continuous availability or speed cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests should use water, electricity and heating responsibly and separate waste where facilities are provided.
- The accommodation is registered as Vivienda de Uso Turístico VUT-LE-1712 in Castilla y León. The registration number and reservation conditions must be shown in its commercial information.
- Official complaint forms are available to guests as required by Castilla y León regulations.
- By completing a booking, the guest confirms acceptance of these Booking & Stay Conditions.
