Booking and cancellation
Total price: €899 per person
Pay now: €134.85 deposit
Balance: €764.15, due 21 days before the retreat
If you cancel:
- 21 + days before: full refund
- 15–20 days before: 50% refund
- 0–14 days before / no-show: no refund
The retreat requires 8 participants. If we do not reach the minimum, EcoPathways will cancel no later than 21 days before arrival and refund everything you have paid. Your statutory cancellation rights for unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances remain unaffected. Spanish law permits stated cancellation charges where they are reasonable and justifiable.
Before you book
Please make sure your own travel arrangements allow you to meet the stated arrival and departure times. Travel to/from Laciana is not included unless expressly booked with us.
You are responsible for the ID/passport, visa and health requirements that apply to you. If you are unsure, contact us before booking. Optional travel/cancellation insurance is not included; you may arrange your own if you wish.

Your package travel rights
Because this retreat is sold as a package, Spanish package-travel law gives you specific rights:
- You must receive clear information before booking.
- EcoPathways is responsible for delivering the package as agreed.
- You can transfer your booking to another suitable person, subject to reasonable notice and any actual extra costs.
- If we make a major change before the retreat, you may accept it or cancel without penalty.
- If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances seriously affect the retreat or travel to the destination, you may cancel without penalty.
- You may cancel at any time before the retreat, subject to the cancellation conditions and any reasonable cancellation charge.
- If an important service cannot be provided during the retreat, we must try to provide a suitable alternative without extra cost.
- If services are not provided correctly, you may be entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation.
- If you are in difficulty during the retreat, we must provide reasonable assistance.
- Your payments are protected against insolvency and, where applicable, repatriation.
